PURPOSE us to nourish both body by taking supplements could backfire know. Why? Because, it turns out there are some vitamins that can actually make our skin breakouts.

Acne can be caused by the side effects of these vitamins in supplement ingredients. Leslie Baumann, MD, a dermatologist based in Miami and author of themed skin health, titled The Skin Type Solution says taking certain B vitamins, especially vitamin B6 and B12, could be the reason why your skin is acne. So, not because of dirt, dust or oil.

"Maybe they (sufferers of acne) does have a medical history of more susceptible to acne. However, I have seen many cases of vitamin B that causes acne in those without a history of acne," said Dr. Baumann. Unfortunately, up to now how or why vitamin B complex causes of acne is not known exactly.

Even so, we do not need to express Baumann should avoid vitamin B in a variety of foods such as potatoes, bananas or beans that contain a lot of vitamin B6. Alternatively, and eggs and fish that contain vitamin B12. But, you should reconsider your Bs vitamin supplements or by first consulted a doctor to determine if your situation fits these supplements.
