WE often hear the prohibition to not squeeze pimples. Still, a few of us who ignore it and still squeeze pimples. Are you one of them? Here's an explanation of Jeanine B Downie MD, a dermatologist and director of Image Dermatology YouBeauty in Montclair, about the effect of squeeze pimples.

Acne comes in many shapes and sizes. There is a black tip, white, soft red bumps or big red. Whatever form of acne, we must be very tempting to squeeze. Do not! Why?
